$5000 CASH FOR GRABS!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Information on how to enter form part of these terms and conditions
2. Entry is only open to residents of Australia. Employees of Heat Discotheque & Cocktail Bar and their immediate families are ineligible to enter
3. The competition commences at 9pm and concludes at 11pm on Saturday 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th August and 3rd and 10th September 2005
4. How to Enter:
a) Be at Heat Discotheque & Cocktail Bar by 11pm on Saturday 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th August or 3rd or 10th September 2005 and you’re eligible to enter the draw that night for the chance to grab up to $5000 cash
b) Pick up an entry form at reception, fill it out and put it in the entry barrel by 11pm and you’re in the draw
c) One winner will be drawn every Saturday at 11pm and 1am in the main room of Heat Discotheque & Cocktail Bar on 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th August and 3rd and 10th September 2005
d) Entrants must be present on the night they submitted their entry form and be listening for their name to be called in the Main Room of Heat Discotheque & Cocktail Bar
5. Winners will have 10 minutes to claim their prize (the chance to grab up to $5000 cash). If a winner is drawn and they do not claim their prize within 10 minutes a redraw will take place every 10 minutes until a winner comes forth
6. Only one entry form per person per night can be submitted
7. The entry box will be emptied each week and all entry forms are valid only for the night they are submitted
8. The prizes consist of the chance to “grab up to $5000 cash” in the cash machine located on the stage in the Main Room
9. The draws for the chance to “grab up to $5000 cash” will take place at 11pm and 1am in the Main Room at Heat Discotheque & Cocktail Bar on 6th, 13th, 20th, 27th August and 3rd and 10th September 2005
10. The cash machine will contain $5,000 every time a contestant enters the machine. Combination of notes will be:
25 x $100 notes
29 x $50 notes
30 x $20 notes
30 x $10 notes
30 x $5 notes
11. All entrants must be 18 years and over
12. All data collected from entry forms will become the property of Heat Discotheque & Cocktail Bar’s mailing list. Heat Discotheque & Cocktail Bar adheres to privacy laws and if a person does not wish to subscribe to the mailing list he/she is to select ‘NO’ to the subscription option on their entry form
13. Contestants must abide by the regulations, which make up the "$5000 cash for Grabs" game guidelines while in the cash machine
14. Contestants must catch as much cash as possible within 15 seconds. At the end of the 15 seconds, the money caught will be counted and given to the contestant as their prize winning
15. Winners will be notified in writing within 2 weeks of taking their winnings. Winners will be published in the Herald Sun the Friday following their win on 12th, 19th, 26th August and 2nd, 9th and 16th September 2005.
16. Once all contestants have entered the cash machine over the 6 week period, any unclaimed monies will be retained by Back Draft (VIC) Pty Ltd
17. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained, as a result of taking the prize - except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law
18. Participation in this competition implies acceptance of all conditions
of entry
19. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any time
